Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 15 oz container cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- About 1/2 cup desired add ins + a few to add on top (raspberries, blackberries, Oreos, you name it!)
Instructions
- Place the cottage cheese, honey, and desired toppings into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into one or multiple freezer-safe containers and sprinkle a few extra toppings on if desired.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours in order to set. Allow to thaw slightly before scooping and enjoy!
