Cottage Cheese Ice Cream Recipe
Cottage cheese has gotten all kinds of hype lately and we’re here for it. We love that this recipes gives us a super easy, versatile, protein packed ice cream alternative for those sweet treat cravings! Our toddler also LOVES this cottage cheese ice cream and it’s so nice to have a healthy option during the hot summer months!

- 1 15 oz container cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup honey
- About 1/2 cup desired add ins + a few to add on top (raspberries, blackberries, Oreos, you name it!)
Place the cottage cheese, honey, and desired toppings into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Transfer the mixture into one or multiple freezer-safe containers and sprinkle a few extra toppings on if desired.
Freeze for at least 2-3 hours in order to set. Allow to thaw slightly before scooping and enjoy!
