You don’t always have time to stand in front of the griddle flipping pancakes one at a time and now, you don’t have to! Made with the flapjack mix from Kodiak Cakes and any of your desired toppings (sweet or savory!) these pancakes are an amazing, protein rich option for your next big family breakfast.
We typically use the Buttermilk Kodiak Cakes Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix but truly all of their mixes are amazing! We love that they focus on using quality ingredients that bring lots of whole grains and protein into your morning. This recipe is the perfect way to start your day off on the right track!
Sheet Pan Protein Pancake Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix
- 1.5 cups water or milk for extra protein
- 2 eggs
- About 3/4 cup to 1 cup of your desired toppings! We used some blueberries, sliced strawberries & bananas, and a few chocolate chips!
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, spray a non-stick baking sheet (we used an 18×13 inch pan) with cooking spray, and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine Kodiak Cakes mix, water (or milk), and eggs and whisk together until the batter is smooth.
- Pour batter onto the prepared pan, add your desired toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes until the pancakes are golden brown and a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center of the pancakes.
- Allow you cook for at least 10 minutes, cut into squares, and enjoy!
