Sheet Pan Protein Pancake Recipe

Don’t want to spend time flipping individual pancakes? Try these Sheet Pan Protein Pancakes instead! Made with Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix and any of your desired toppings these pancakes are a delicious, protein rich option for your next big family breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cakes Flapjack Mix
  • 1.5 cups water or milk for extra protein
  • 2 eggs
  • About 3/4 cup to 1 cup of your desired toppings! We used some blueberries, sliced strawberries & bananas, and a few chocolate chips!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees, spray a non-stick baking sheet (we used an 18x13 inch pan) with cooking spray, and set aside.
  • In a large bowl combine Kodiak Cakes mix, water (or milk), and eggs and whisk together until the batter is smooth.
  • Pour batter onto the prepared pan, add your desired toppings and bake for 10-15 minutes until the pancakes are golden brown and a knife comes out clean when inserted into the center of the pancakes.
  • Allow you cook for at least 10 minutes, cut into squares, and enjoy!
