- 1.5 cups oats
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips plus a few to melt & drizzle
- Flaky sea salt optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, and peanut butter and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form about 12 dough balls with the mixture, place on your prepared baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool, drizzle with melted chocolate chips and sprinkle with some flaky sea salt if desired. Enjoy!
