These 4 Ingredient Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies are easy to make and perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth craving. We love these cookies so much and are glad that we have a quick treat that we can throw together for our little boy that won’t leave us dealing with a toddler that’s hyped up on sugar for the rest of the day!

To make these cookies, simply mash 2 overripe bananas and mix with oats, peanut butter, and some chocolate chips. Add a sprinkle of flaky sea salt to round out the flavor and you’re golden. They take only 20 minutes to make and are so delicious!

  • 2 overripe bananas mashed
  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips plus a few to melt & drizzle
  • Flaky sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, and peanut butter and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Form about 12 dough balls with the mixture, place on your prepared baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, drizzle with melted chocolate chips and sprinkle with some flaky sea salt if desired. Enjoy!
