When you’re looking for a super simple, healthy treat for that sweet tooth of yours - these cookies are perfect! Great for kids as well, only 20 minutes to make, and soooo yummy.

  • 2 overripe bananas mashed
  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips plus a few to melt & drizzle
  • Flaky sea salt optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, and peanut butter and mix well. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Form about 12 dough balls with the mixture, place on your prepared baking sheet, and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  • Allow to cool, drizzle with melted chocolate chips and sprinkle with some flaky sea salt if desired. Enjoy!
