Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Blondie Recipe
Packed with chocolate chips, oats, and craisins, these Blondies are one of our favorites! So yummy for picnics with friends, family game nights, with a scoop of ice cream, or just on their own as a little treat at the end of a long day. This is a recipe you’ll definitely want to save!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1.5 cups flour
- 2 cups oats
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup crainsins optional but YUMMY!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9×13 inch pan with butter and a little flour.
- In a stand mixer beat together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla extract and blend again until combined.
- In a separate bowl combine your dry ingredients including: salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
- With the mixer on low speed, add in your dry ingredient mix and blend until just combined.
- Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and craisins if desired.
- Press into your prepared ban and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely, cut and enjoy!
