Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Blondie Recipe

Packed with chocolate chips, oats, and craisins, these Blondies are one of our favorites! So yummy for picnics with friends, family game nights, with a scoop of ice cream, or just on their own as a little treat at the end of a long day. This is a recipe you’ll definitely want to save!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crainsins optional but YUMMY!

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 inch pan with butter and a little flour.
  • In a stand mixer beat together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  • Add the eggs and vanilla extract and blend again until combined.
  • In a separate bowl combine your dry ingredients including: salt, baking soda, baking powder, and flour.
  • With the mixer on low speed, add in your dry ingredient mix and blend until just combined.
  • Stir in oats, chocolate chips, and craisins if desired.
  • Press into your prepared ban and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool completely, cut and enjoy!
