White Chocolate Lucky Charms Treats
These are SO YUMMY and perfect for St. Patrick’s Day! If you’re looking for a fun, easy treat with some holiday flair - look no further!
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp (1/4 cup) butter
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 5 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Butter a 9x13 pan and set aside.
- Melt butter on low heat in a large pot and add marshmallows once butter is melted.
- Continually stir the marshmallows until fully melted and add in the Lucky Charms cereal.
- Stir until the cereal is fully coated, pour into your prepared pan and press into the pan evenly.
- Allow to set for 2 hours or so and cut into squares of your preferred size.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Drizzle chocolate over Lucky Charms treats, allow to cool & set, and ENJOY!
