Slow Cooker Chicken Burrito Recipe
This is one of the yummiest, easiest recipes that always seems to make into our dinner rotation. Make dinner prep a breeze with this delicious, simple meal.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 cups of our fresh garden salsa or your salsa of choice!
- 1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinsed
- 1 4 oz can diced green chili peppers
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 6-8 flour tortillas
- About 2 cups shredded cheese to melt on tortillas
- Guacamole for garnish
- Plain greek yogurt for garnish
Place chicken breasts, salsa, black beans, green chilies, and garlic powder in a slow cooker and cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
Once the chicken is cooked through and shreds easily with a fork, shred pieces fully and mix well.
In a pan, heat the tortillas, add some shredded cheese and heat until cheese is slightly melted.
Top with about 3/4 cups of shredded chicken, guacamole, and greek yogurt.
Fold & roll your burrito and enjoy!
