Greek Chicken Orzo Bowl Recipe
These bowls are so fresh and delicious. With an amazing marinade, the chicken is so flavorful and paired with tzatziki, orzo, and fresh veggies this is a perfect recipe for dinners this summer!

Bowl Ingredients:
- 1 cup orzo cooked as directed
- 2 chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 cucumber chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup tzatziki
- 1 lemon cut into slices for garnish
For the Marinade:
- 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt & pepper blend
Start by adding all marinade ingredients to a bowl and whisk together. Add cut chicken to the marinade, mix until coated and allow to marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Cook the orzo as directed, chop your cucumbers and tomatoes, and set aside.
In a cast iron pan, cook the chicken and remove from the pan once fully cooked through.
Assemble by adding orzo, cucumber, tomato, chicken, feta cheese, tzatziki, fresh parsley, and a lemon wedge to a large bowl and enjoy!
