Fresh Garden Salsa
This Fresh Garden Salsa is amazing and surprisingly very easy to make! Enjoy with tortilla chips, tacos, or on top of an egg in the morning.

- 5-6 Roma Tomatoes or other paste tomatoes, quartered
- 7-8 San Marzano Tomatoes Substitute for 15 oz can of crushed San Marzano tomatoes if needed, quartered
- 1/2 Red Onion peeled & quartered
- 3 Garlic Cloves
- 3 JalapeƱos seeds removed
- 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice fresh if possible
- 3 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 oz Mild Diced Green Chiles
Peel red onion
Quarter tomatoes and onion
Remove seeds from jalapeƱo
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend to desired consistency
Enjoy! Salsa keeps in the fridge for 10-12 days or you can easily keep it in the freezer for up to 4 months.
