Fresh Garden Salsa

This Fresh Garden Salsa is amazing and surprisingly very easy to make! Enjoy with tortilla chips, tacos, or on top of an egg in the morning.

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 Roma Tomatoes or other paste tomatoes, quartered
  • 7-8 San Marzano Tomatoes Substitute for 15 oz can of crushed San Marzano tomatoes if needed, quartered
  • 1/2 Red Onion peeled & quartered
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • 3 JalapeƱos seeds removed
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 3 tbsp Lime Juice fresh if possible
  • 3 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 4 oz Mild Diced Green Chiles

Instructions
 

  • Peel red onion
  • Quarter tomatoes and onion
  • Remove seeds from jalapeƱo
  • Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend to desired consistency
  • Enjoy! Salsa keeps in the fridge for 10-12 days or you can easily keep it in the freezer for up to 4 months.
