Cheesy Garlic Pull Apart Bread
There’s just something about garlic bread that hits the SPOT and this pull apart loaf is so cheesy & soft, it can't be beat. This is the perfect appetizer or side dish for spaghetti night. You'll want to try this recipe!

- 1 Loaf of Crusty Bread like sourdough or french bread
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cup Butter melted
- 2 Large Garlic Cloves minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1-2 tbsp Fresh Parsley finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F
Combine melted butter, garlic, salt & chopped parsley in a bowl.
Cut the bread on a diagonal into about 1 inch diamonds being sure not to cut all the way through.
Use a spoon to drizzle the butter mixture into the cracks in the loaf and then stuff a pinch of cheese into each crack.
Wrap the loaf in aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes until the cheese has mostly melted, then remove the foil and bake another 5-10 minutes more until the cheesy is fully melted and slightly crispy.
