Buffalo Chicken Tostada Recipe
These tostadas are a favorite of ours. They have a ton of protein, amazing flavor and are incredibly easy to throw together. Save this recipe for a quick and delicious dinner!

- 2 cooked chicken breasts shredded
- 8 corn tortillas
- 3 tbsp Frank’s Buffalo sauce
- 1 can sweet corn
- 2-3 roma tomatoes diced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions
- 2 tbsp plain greek yogurt + about 1 tbsp water to drizzle
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and place tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook and shred the chicken, add the Buffalo sauce and toss until the chicken is coated.
Divide the buffalo chicken, corn, tomatoes, feta cheese, and green onions between the 8 tortillas.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until all ingredients are heated through and then remove from the oven.
While tostadas are cooking, combine greek yogurt with water and whisk until smooth and a good consistency for drizzling on tostadas. Add more water if needed.
Top each tostada with some plain Greek yogurt drizzle and enjoy!
