Preheat oven to 350° and prepare your bread pan with parchment paper and a little butter.
In a large bowl, whisk together butter, apple butter, Greek yogurt, egg, vanilla extract, honey, and milk.
To your wet ingredients mixture, add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined, be sure not to over mix.
Make your cinnamon sugar by combining the white sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Pour half your batter in the pan, top with half your cream cheese and swirl it into the batter with a knife.
Add half of your apples on top, pressing them into the batter slightly and half of your cinnamon sugar on top. I like to shake & tap the pan a little to even out the cinnamon sugar.
Repeat steps 4 & 5 to create a second laying with the rest of your batter, cream cheese, apples, and cinnamon sugar.
Place in the oven and bake for about 60 minutes until a knife or toothpick comes out clean.
While bread is baking, make the honey butter by mixing together butter, honey & a pinch of salt in a bowl.
Top your Apple Swirl Bread with honey butter and enjoy!
