We LOVE this Apple Butter Smoked Pork Tenderloin because it always ends up so tender and flavorful. We make this pork tenderloin on our Traeger Grill but it can be made in the oven as well. If you need a good recipe for a family BBQ, date night at home, or just a delicious change up for a week night dinner, this one is a must try! Apple Butter Smoked Pork Tenderloin
This Apple Butter Smoked Pork Tenderloin has amazing flavor and perfect balance of sweetness. This recipe is a must try for any weeknight meal or summer BBQ!
Ingredients
- 12-14 oz pork tenderloin
- 1-2 tbsp Kinder's Rub (the Steak Blend)
- 2-3 tbsp Apple Butter see our Slow Cooker Apple Butter recipe
Instructions
- Heat Traeger or oven to 225 degrees for a low & slow cook!
- Sprinkle Kinder’s Rub (The Steak Blend) over your pork tenderloin, coating both sides of the meat. Season generously to preference.
- Spread apple butter on the meat & place directly on the Traeger or in a cast iron skillet in the oven.
- Cook for about 2-3 hours until the pork tenderloin reaches at internal temperature of 145 degrees, remove and let rest for at least 10 minutes.
- Slice and enjoy!
