Ham & Cheese Sliders with Brown Sugar Glaze
These are so incredibly easy to make and taste SO good with the sweet glaze on top. They’re perfect for lunches, make great leftovers, and are easy finger food crowd pleasers at parties.
Ingredients
For the sliders:
- 1 12 Pack of Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 1/2 lb Sliced Deli Ham
- 10-12 slices Swiss cheese
For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Poppy Seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees & slice your Kings Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
- Place bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet & place 1-2 slices of ham & a slice of Swiss cheese per slider over each section. Place top half of the rolls back over the top of the sliders and set aside.
- To make your glaze, put butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds and brown sugar into small sauce pan.
- Bring sauce to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring continually.
- Drizzle the glaze over each sandwich, cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and enjoy! You can also save these in the fridge or freezer, simply pop them in the microwave for 20-30 sections to heat them up again
